This week was pretty good even though I was traveling with the basketball team to Indianapolis with Doug.

2.7 Mile Run (27:32)

4 Mile Run (39:00)

Strength Training (30:00)

Saturday
Rest

Sunday
8 Mile Run (1:29:00)
